Melbet Terms and Conditions
When you create an account on Melbet, you fully agree to its terms and conditions. It’s important to learn all the main rules of the platform to have a safe and enjoyable experience. This page outlines Melbet terms and conditions that each user must follow.

Melbet General Rules
Consider the platform’s most important regulations:
- Age Conditions. Melbet takes bets just from clients with an age of at least eighteen. The company may cancel a bet made by a minor;
- Single Account Principle. One single account per customer is allowed for the client. Opening numerous accounts in the customer’s name is strictly forbidden and may lead to suspension or deletion of the account;
- Terms of Bets. All bets are made as per terms supplied by the sportsbook, such as odds, handicaps, and the limit of bets. Terms of a bet cannot change after it has been placed;
- Fraud Prevention. Melbet can annul bets and close or suspend an account when discovering that a customer is applying automated betting software, arbitrage betting, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
- Rights of the Bookmaker. Melbet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet without reason. The company is entitled to void bets and pay out at odds of 1.00 in instances of technical mistake, misprint, or suspicious betting behavior.
Rules for Bets
Melbet accepts bets according to the sportsbook. To make a successful bet on the site, adhere to the general guidelines:
- The minimum bet for every event is 15 INR or its equivalent in any other currency;
- The bookmaker sets the maximum bet for every event, depending on the event and the sport;
- Maximum winnings of one bet equal 5,423,000 INR or its equivalent in any other currency;
- The bookmaker can restrict the maximum stake and odds for a given event, as well as customer maximum stake and odds, without notice or reason;
- The bookmaker may choose to refuse a customer the facility of placing successive bets on the same result, e.g., sets of results that are extremely close. Where successive bets placed by a customer have not been cancelled by the computer system, the bookmaker is at liberty to refund the successive bets in this instance (except for the first bet).
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
You need to manage your money properly. Learn the most significant regulations of deposits and withdrawals in Melbet:
- Withdrawals must be made in the same payment system as deposits: if they are not the same, withdrawals must be proportionate to deposits;
- Identity Verification: The bookmaker has the right to demand proof of identity, i.e., a passport, to verify transactions. In the event of unsuccessful verification, withdrawals may be blocked;
- Bet Turnover Requirements. The money deposited should be played through at least once at odds of 1.10 or higher before withdrawal. Bets on contrary outcomes (i.e., betting on both sides of the same roulette event) do not count;
- Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention. Multiple account opening, use of counterfeit documents, or attempts to circumvent security control may result in suspension of the account and voiding of all bets;
- Withdrawal Restraints. Under circumstances involving suspicious activity, the bookmaker may restrict electronic withdrawals and provide bank transfers as an alternative.
Refund Policy
Melbet customers may ask for a refund. The rules are as follows:
- Compliance with Jurisdictional Laws. Customers must ensure their use of our website is legal in their home country. If it is found that a customer is in a jurisdiction where betting is prohibited, the company reserves the right to close the account and return the remaining balance minus profits from the last deposit;
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. If a customer is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen or illicit funding methods, submission of forged documents, or other false or misleading information, the company retains the right to revoke transactions, nullify bets, and refuse return claims;
- Duplicate accounts and terms of use abuse. The customer should not have more than a single account. All the related accounts can be closed, wins nullified, and refunds given at the company’s discretion after deducting any bonus-related winnings when duplicate accounts are detected;
- The Refund Request Procedure. Refunds must be requested through the live chat support within 24 hours of the transaction. Each request will be thoroughly examined, and customers may be asked to supply more information. Processing time varies but typically 24-72 hours depending on the complexity of the case;
- Refund Method and Authorization. Authorized refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. In case of a request for a refund not within the established parameters, the company may, at its discretion, reject it at will.
Bonuses Terms
Bonuses are a great rewarding tool that have benefits for customers. To be able to successfully use Melbet bonuses, review the bonus rules:
- Bonus Eligibility. The bonuses accrue only to those users who completed their profile, confirmed the phone number, and agreed on the bonus terms during Melbet online registration. There may be a minimum deposit for some of the bonuses;
- One Bonus at a Time. There can be only one bonus active at a time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative and must be redeemed sequentially. A fresh bonus is available only when the earlier one has been withdrawn or redeemed;
- Wagering Conditions. The players need to fulfill wagering conditions so that they can withdraw bonus funds. This typically means betting the bonus times some number of times. Withdrawal is not allowed until the bonus has been bet through completely;
- Bonus Expiration. The bonuses and the resulting winnings must be cashed out within the expiry period, which is typically 30 days. Not redeeming the bonus and winnings within the specified time will result in forfeiting them;
- Bonus Abuse. Abuse of bonuses, such as the acceptance of restricted betting strategies, can result in the cancellation of bonuses, winnings being withdrawn, or account suspension. Melbet has the discretion to monitor accounts for suspicious activity.
